Also Read: Exclusive: When Esha Deol Called Dharmendra and Hema Malini Excellent Babysitters。 1月10日，公安部召开新闻发布会。发布会上，公安部新闻发言人张明就各界关注的缅北涉我电信网络诈骗问题进行了介绍。针对缅北涉我电信网络诈骗问题，2023年7月部署开展打击缅北涉我电信网络诈骗犯罪专项工作以来，公安部依托中缅执法安全合作机制，指挥云南、浙江等多地公安机关联合作战，全力开展案件侦办。截至2024年底，已累计抓获中国籍涉诈犯罪嫌疑人5.3万余名，彻底摧毁臭名昭著的缅北果敢“四大家族”犯罪集团，临近我边境的缅北地区规模化电诈园区被全部铲除，专项工作取得阶段性重大战果，带动全国电信网络诈骗立案数和损失大幅下降。目前，“四大家族”犯罪集团案件已经陆续进入诉讼环节。尽管打击治理工作取得了明显成效，但当前犯罪形势依然严峻复杂。一是案件仍处高发期，电信网络诈骗仍然是发案高、损失大、危害严重、群众反映强烈的主要犯罪类型。二是跨国有组织特征明显，诈骗集团组织严密，有的实施封闭式管理，通过暴力手段对窝点底层人员实施非法控制。同时，诈骗头目和骨干指挥境内人员从事App制作开发、引流推广、转账洗钱等各类违法犯罪，境内境外衔接紧密。三是诈骗手法加速翻新，诈骗分子紧跟社会热点，迎合个人喜好，为各年龄段、各职业背景、各学历层次的人量身定制诈骗剧本，受骗群体广泛。
B | 四是境外窝点规模仍然庞大，缅北涉诈犯罪问题得到明显改观，但境外仍存在大量为电信网络诈骗提供场所的所谓“科技园” “开发区”等。五是攻防对抗不断加剧升级，诈骗集团利用区块链、虚拟货币、AI智能等新技术，不断更新升级犯罪工具。
